Ojaswi Shah Project Officer, Asia Programme

Ojaswi is the Project Officer for Saferworld's Nepal Programme. She focuses on development of security and justice sector programmes within the Nepal team and has experience in coordinating work on police reform and gender-sensitivity in security agencies in Nepal. She also works on district level conflict assessments. Previously as a consultant for Saferworld she led research on the integration and rehabilitation of Maoist Army combatants and informal justice mechanisms in Nepal. Ojaswi has an M.A in Conflict, Peace and Development Studies and a B.A in Social work. She can work in Nepali, English and Hindi.
