Community Motivations in Shida Kartli
Saferworld is working with the Caucasus Institute for Peace, Democracy and Development (CIPDD) and the Gori Information Centre on a community security project in Shida Kartli. Natia Nadiradze, Project Coordinator with Saferworld, explains the development of a community security group which has helped local communities to articulate their safety concerns and build a more secure environment.

For My Country: Promoting peace and security through youth advocacy in Yemen
A project by Saferworld, and Resonate! Yemen is equipping young people with the skills and opportunities to make sure their voices are heard during the country’s transition process. As a result, young men and women recently led a successful campaign in the southern city of Aden encouraging young people not to carry small arms.

يعمل هذا المشروع الذي أقامته منظمة "Saferworld" ومؤسسة "Resonate" اليمن على تزويد الشباب بالمهارات والفرص لضمان إيصال أصواتهم خلال المرحلة الانتقالية في بلادهم. نتيجة لذلك، قادت مجموعة من الشباب والشابات حملة ناجحة في مدينة عدن لتشجيع الشباب على عدم حمل الأسلحة الصغيرة.
