Community safety

We all have a right to safety and security. Each community faces different challenges to their security.

Community safety puts ordinary residents in the lead. It helps them identify their safety and security needs and brings them together with police, local authorities and other security providers to make sure they are met.

What we do

We support community safety projects in South Eastern Europe and Asia using methods similar to those of community-based policing.
