Community security and peacebuilding in South Sudan

Ongoing conflict and violence has made life harder for people in South Sudan, many of whom struggle to provide for their families. This project brings together communities – especially women and young people – as well as government officials, civil society groups and international organisations to discuss priority security concerns and to find ways of addressing them.

Running from 2018 to 2021, we will work with communities in Maridi, Panyagoor, Gok Machar, Cuiebet, Bentiu and Malakal.
