Community Initiative for Partnership and Development (CIPAD) is a community-based civil society organisation based in Aweil, Northern Bahr el Ghazal. Founded in 2010, CIPAD’s mission is to influence policies and actions in order to promote sustainable development in communities.
CIPAD works with Saferworld on its community security programme to promote engagement between communities and security providers.
