Arms transit trade in the Baltic region
This report explores the use of the eastern Baltic Sea region (BSR) as a transit route or gateway for licit and illicit shipments of arms and strategic goods moving from east to west and west to east, and assesses the transit control systems and efforts to combat illicit trafficking in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and the Russian region of Kaliningrad.
